EziQA uses a simple question-and-answer format that customers immediately understand and trust. This approach also reduces your operational costs compared to maintaining a full chatbot solution.
We will contact you when you reach 80% of your usage with options to upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional usage for that month. You can decline these options. In that case, we will stop serving requests once the quota is reached and reset your usage at the start of the next month.
Replicas are physical locations where the application is hosted. Our load balancer ensures that your customers always connect to the closest replica, minimizing load times. The system is highly optimized with CDN image hosting and CDN caching, so even a single replica provides excellent performance.
Adding more data reduces precision. The current limits are the sweet spot for maintaining high-quality answers. Exceeding these limits could degrade model performance and reduce answer accuracy.
There is absolutely no upfront cost. You only pay a monthly fee. There are no additional charges for APIs, tokens, servers, or cloud infrastructure. Plans start at 49 USD per month.
We start by gathering information about your product. We talk with you and ask you to share as much reference material as possible. We review your website, prepare images, and create action buttons linking to different parts of your site. You then receive access to a test app to evaluate quality and report any issues, which we address.
We make the system as robust as possible. However, like any system based on large language models (LLMs), the output cannot be guaranteed to always be correct. We clearly communicate this to users and display different confidence levels to remain transparent.
No. EziQA is strictly focused on answering questions. It is generally easier for users to navigate your website and complete actions themselves than to instruct a bot to do so. This approach also supports our goal of offering the simplest possible integration.

No. EziQA is not designed to be a personal assistant, agent, or chatbot. It is specifically optimized to help your customers by answering questions about your product or service.
We offer one free theme change per month. We add new themes regularly, so be sure to check our website for updates.
If the changes are minimal, such as pricing or special offers, we may update them for free once per month. Larger updates require additional work and may be charged. The cost will never exceed your current plan price.
We sign an electronic contract first. After that, we send a monthly invoice payable via wire transfer. If you need a different payment method, let us know and we will try to accommodate.
You can access this data through our dedicated platform. The platform is currently under development, so temporary outages may occur. Your data is secure, and you can always request the previous month’s data directly via email.
EziQA works by embedding an iframe. Any system that allows custom HTML code is supported. This includes all major website and e-commerce platforms.
